Who is responsible for the information
Moriz Studio is the controller of the personal information described in this policy. This policy applies to the Moriz Studio website, its contact form, and the digital diagnostic tool.
Information we collect
You may browse the main parts of the website without directly providing personal details. If you choose to submit a form or use the diagnostic, we may collect:
- Contact details you provide, such as your full name, phone number, email address, business name, and a website or page link.
- Your inquiry, project details, and the information you ask us to review.
- Questionnaire answers, diagnostic results, scores, and recommendations generated from your answers.
- A session identifier, questionnaire progress, usage events, landing path, referral source, and UTM parameters.
- Technical and usage information that hosting and analytics providers may collect, such as IP address, device and browser type, viewed pages, and website interactions.
How we use information
We use information only for purposes connected with operating the studio and the tools on this website.
- To respond to an inquiry, contact you, and schedule a call or professional review.
- To operate the diagnostic, save progress, calculate a result, and display tailored recommendations.
- To manage inquiries and leads, improve the service, understand usage and errors, and protect the website from misuse.
- To comply with legal requirements, handle disputes, and protect the rights of Moriz Studio and its users.
Automated diagnostic and artificial intelligence
The diagnostic result is calculated automatically from your answers. When personalization is enabled, parts of your answers, business information, and diagnostic result may be sent to Moonshot AI to draft a tailored explanation. When an internal review is prepared, your name, business name, link, and professional notes added by Mor may also be processed. The result is general guidance and is not a legal, financial, or other decision with a significant effect on you.
Service providers and external services
We use providers that process information for us or provide an independent service: Vercel for hosting, Supabase for diagnostic storage, an SMTP provider and Resend for email delivery, Moonshot AI for personalization and analysis support, Google Analytics and Contentsquare for usage measurement, and Calendly for scheduling. If you open a WhatsApp, social-media, or other external link, your use of that service is also governed by its own policy.
These providers may process or store information outside Israel, depending on their infrastructure and terms. We share only the information needed to operate the service, and we do not sell personal information to third parties.
Local storage, analytics, and similar technologies
The diagnostic uses browser localStorage to keep a session identifier, answers, the current step, and attribution information so progress can continue after a refresh or return visit. Analytics and scheduling services may use cookies or similar technologies under their own settings. You can clear local data or restrict cookies through your browser, although some functions may no longer work correctly.
Disclosure, retention, and security
We do not disclose personal information except to providers needed to operate the service, at your request, as part of a change to the business structure, or where required by law or needed to protect rights and safety.
Information is retained only for as long as needed to respond, provide the service, manage the business, improve the diagnostic, maintain security, or comply with legal requirements. It is then deleted or anonymized where practicable. We use reasonable security measures, but no online system can be completely secure.
Your choices and rights
Providing information through the forms is voluntary. Without the required details and acceptance of this policy, we cannot receive the form or respond to you, but you may still browse the website. The checkbox does not subscribe you to marketing communications.
You may contact us to request access to personal information held about you, correction of inaccurate information, or deletion where permitted by law. We may request reasonable information to verify your identity before handling a request.
Children, links, and policy updates
The website and services are intended for adults and businesses and are not designed to knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us.
We may update this policy when our services, providers, or legal requirements change. The date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
